Can I get a refund?

At Skin Botanist, we take immense pride in the superior quality of our products and believe your skin health will improve with their use. Should you find any product less than satisfactory, kindly reach out to us within a week of your purchase to discuss a resolution.

Skin Botanist cannot be held accountable for individual reactions to specific ingredients. We urge you to meticulously review our ingredient lists, ensuring you follow the recommended usage guidelines. If you're aware of any allergies or sensitivities, steer clear of ingredients that might provoke a reaction. If uncertain or if you've had past skin reactions, we suggest an allergy patch test. Cease usage immediately if any adverse reaction is observed.

Caution for Nut Allergy Sufferers: Our products contain sweet almond oil and are crafted in a facility that handles this ingredient. If you have a nut allergy, especially to almonds, please exercise extreme caution when considering our products. Should you encounter a defective, damaged, or leaking product, we offer store credit as compensation. Due to the nature of personal care products, they cannot be repurposed. As such, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds for changes of heart.

What is the shelf life of my product?

Our products are crafted with 100% natural ingredients. We are committed to purity and have a strict no-synthetic ingredients or preservatives policy.

Our products have a shelf life of approximately 12 to 18 months from the time of purchase. However, to experience the best results, we recommend using them within 6 months of opening.
