We dispatch every order from our Geelong lab via Australia Post with tracking. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of being placed; delivery generally takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.

Australian shipping

• Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $90
• $10 standard shipping on orders under $90
• Free local delivery within 5km of Geelong city centre - select at checkout

International shipping

Flat rates for tracked parcels up to 700g via Australia Post International Airmail.

• New Zealand - $25 AUD
• China & Hong Kong - $35 AUD
• United States, Canada, UK & Europe - $40 AUD

For parcels over 700g, contact us at info@skinbotanist.com.au for a quote. International orders may incur customs duties or taxes; these are the recipient's responsibility.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email us within 14 days at info@skinbotanist.com.au and we will make it right.
